Grove Lane Area Neighborhood Association represents an area north of Upper State Street and south of Foothill Road, in the northwest corner of the city; it is sometimes referred to as West San Roque. Once an agricultural area, it is now completely residential with single family homes built mostly in the 50’s and 60’s.
We can walk to the shopping opportunities and restaurants on State Street. We enjoy a neighborhood park, Willowglen Park, which has a small children’s playground, a sports field and view of the mountains. Barger Canyon Creek and San Roque Creek run through the GLANA area; farther south they join to become Arroyo Burro Creek.
