The Hidden Valley Neighborhood Association is located in the southwest area of the city at the base of the Campanil Hills, bordering on Modoc and Los Positas Roads. The neighborhood is residential with many walkers and bike riders.
Originally built over 69 years ago as single-family home subdivision it now has some duplexes, garden apartments and two major retirement homes.
The area is dissected by Arroyo Burro Creek, with a variety of wildlife and with a park designed for small children. Its location also gives residents easy access to commercial development across the freeway, as well as to the beach.
